Craft in the Night（以下、「当スタジオ」）は、当スタジオが提供および管理運用するサービスにおけるユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

当スタジオが収集した個人情報は、各サービス内におけるゲームデータ管理、サービス内でのプレイデータの表示（ランキングなど）、サービス利用状況の把握、ユーザーからのお問い合わせ（課金情報の確認を含む）に回答することを目的として行います。

２．個人情報の第三者への提供について
当スタジオは、次に掲げる場合を除いて、第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。
・お客様の同意がある場合
・お客様が希望されるサービスを行うために当スタジオが業務を委託する業者などに対して開示する必要がある場合
・個人情報保護法その他の法令で必要とされる場合
３．個人情報の利用停止等
当スタジオは、本人から、個人情報が、利用目的の範囲を超えて取り扱われているという理由、または不正の手段により取得されたものであるという理由により、その利用の停止または消去を求められた場合、遅滞なく必要な調査を行います。
４．法令、規範の順守と見直しについて

2. Provision of personal information to third parties
Our studio will not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases.
When the customer has given consent.
When it is necessary to disclose the information to contractors to whom we outsource our services in order to provide the service requested by the customer.
When required by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
3. Cessation of use of personal information, etc.
If our Studio receives a request from an individual to stop the use of or delete his/her personal information on the grounds that it is being used for purposes other than those for which it was collected or that it has been obtained by unlawful means, the Studio will carry out the necessary investigation without delay.
