Craft in the Night（以下、当スタジオ）が配信しているゲームタイトル（対象：SmashBack!!!!）に対する、ゲーム実況、動画配信、SNS上での公開、二次創作に関するガイドラインは次のようになります。
以下の内容を尊守していただければ収益化も含めて歓迎・感謝します！
（ガイドライン内容とは一切関係ありませんが、配信などして頂いた際には教えて頂けると個人的にとても嬉しいです！）
１．
本スタジオのコンテンツに関連したゲーム実況、動画配信、SNS上での情報発信、二次創作に関しては、他事項に抵触しない限りは自由に行って頂いて構いません。ただし、他事項に抵触しない限りとなります。
ストーリーのネタバレなども含め、当スタジオより正式に公開されているコンテンツ内容の範囲である限り制限はありません。また、公式サイトやアプリストアのリンクなどを貼ってもらえると有難くはありますが、必須ではありませんのでご自由に判断して頂いて大丈夫です。

情報の発信に際し、法令及び利用するプラットフォームが制定する規約を遵守すること。
また、当スタジオまたは第三者の権利または利益を不当に侵害する情報の発信を行わないこと。
３．
公序良俗に反するもの、特定の主義主張（政治的主張、宗教的思想など）の拡散を目的とした情報の発信を行わないこと。
４．
公式（当スタジオの協賛や提供を受けたうえでの発信）であるかのような誤解を受ける創作物の作成または情報の発信を行わないこと。
５．
直接的に当スタジオが作成したコンテンツの素材（画像や音など、コンテンツ内に含まれているデータ）の抽出行為を伴った創作物の作成及び情報の発信をしないこと。
６．
当スタジオまたは第三者に対して著しく迷惑をかける行為があったと当スタジオが判断した場合は、直ちに当スタジオが配信しているゲームタイトルまたはそれに関連するコンテンツの利用、創作物の公開、情報の発信を制限または禁止できるものとします。
７．
ガイドライン内容について、予告なく変更する場合があります。
本ガイドラインの内容および改正によって生じるいかなる損害について、当スタジオで一切責任を負うことはできない旨をあらかじめご了承ください。

The following guidelines apply to game titles (target: SmashBack!!!!) distributed by Craft in the Night (hereafter referred to as "our Studio"). The following guidelines apply to live game play, video distribution, publication on SNS and derivative works.
We welcome and appreciate the reprinting and distribution of information on social networking sites, including monetisation, provided that the following information is respected
(This has nothing to do with the content of the guidelines, but I would personally appreciate it if you could let me know when you distribute your work!)
1.
You are free to use the contents of our Studio for live games, video distribution, information transmission on social networking services and secondary creation, as long as you do not infringe on other matters. However, this only applies as long as it does not conflict with other matters.
There are no restrictions as long as the content, including story spoilers, is within the scope of the content officially published by the studio. It would also be appreciated if you could provide a link to the official website or app store, but this is not required and you are free to use your own judgement.
2.
When sending information, you must comply with the law and the terms and conditions established by the platform you are using.
You must not transmit information that unreasonably infringes on the rights or interests of our Studio or any third party.
3.
Do not transmit information that is offensive to public order and morals or that aims to spread specific principles (political assertions, religious ideas, etc.).
4.
Do not create or transmit information that could be misinterpreted as official (i.e. transmitted under the auspices of or provided by our studio).
5.
Do not create or transmit information that directly involves the extraction of content materials (images, sounds or other data contained in the content) created by our studio.
6.
If our Studio deems that there has been an act that causes significant inconvenience to our Studio or a third party, our Studio may immediately restrict or prohibit the use of the game titles distributed by our Studio or related content, the publication of creations or the transmission of information.

The content of the Guidelines is subject to change without notice.
Please note that our Studio cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the content of these guidelines or any amendment thereof.
